Meet Andrew Lee

I have been investing in the Toledo area for over 6 years, and have now dedicated my career to helping others with their investment goals. My wife Jackelyn and I own a property management (LPG Martin Management) and remodeling company (LPG Maintenance and Remodeling) and know what it takes to achieve financial independence and escape the rat race. You can count on me to give professional and honest feedback regarding buying and selling Real Estate in Northwest Ohio and get each deal to the finish line.

 

I am a 2012 graduate of the University of Findlay where I played varsity baseball. After a short move to California, I knew I wanted to come back to my hometown to learn the ins and outs of investing in Real Estate. My first investment was a triplex near the University of Findlay where I was able to put 3.5% down (FHA) while living in one unit, and renting out the other two. In 2016 I met my wife Jackelyn and we sold that property to buy a 4 unit in Toledo. Over the last 5 years, we have grown our portfolio to over 80 units - a combination of small to larger apartment buildings and single-family homes. The most rewarding part is finding a distressed property, bringing it back to life, and handing over the keys to a new family who will call it home.

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, remodeling homes, reading, fishing, enjoying the outdoors with my two dogs Dolly and Daisy, cheering on the Cleveland Indians, and traveling to St. Pete Beach, Florida.
